Space Gen: Chandrayaan series official trailer released, which will be premiering on JioHotstar from 23rd January, 2026. It is a five-episode drama series directed by Anant Singh. Shubham Sharma, Prashant Kumar, and Nitin Tewari are the series writers. The series is produced by The Viral Fever.

The Series started with a space view and is inspired by the real events that highlight India’s journey through failure, determination, and final success. The trailer shows ISRO launching the Vikram lander on the moon, which crashed during its final moments before landing. So, the people working in ISRO asked why it failed, says engine failure, cyber attacks, and several other reasons.

After the failure of Chandrayaan-2, ISRO took Chandrayaan-3 as a challenge and worked hard to succeed. When they started building, because of the covid pandemic, the global supply chains were disrupted, and there were no countries who are ready to supply the parts. So, the only chance to build Chandrayaan-3 is to use Indian parts, and it has become a bigger task to build. At the end, when it was built to release in space, one of the people says to stop the launch, creating a tense and critical moment.

The ISRO chief had made a bold decision by trusting the same team that had handled Chandrayaan-2, which had been a failure. He gave the same team another chance to begin the fresh and positive journey of Chandrayaan-3 that should lead to India’s historic landing near the moon.

The two main characters in this series are Nakuul and Shriya. Nakuul played the Arjun role as a scientist who fails at the beginning, but takes another chance as a serious and returns as a serious and determined professional.
